The recovery fee is 1% of the recoverable amount, with a $15 minimum. This fee will be deducted from the total amount that had to be recovered.

The fee is non-negotiable because each recovery requires manual reconciliation, network fees on our side, and an internal review. The minimum reflects the fixed cost of doing the work; for very small amounts, recovery isn't economical for either side.
The fee applies in all of these cases: wrong token recovery, wrong network recovery (on supported chains), unsupported token recovery to a BoomFi address, expired session recovery, underpayment and overpayment refunds.
