BoomFi confirms your payment to the merchant. The merchant is then responsible for activating your account or delivering the product. We do not operate the merchant's platform, manage their trading desk, run their subscriptions, or control their account provisioning.
What we can do for you:
Look up your payment in our system and confirm whether it has fully settled to the merchant
Provide you with a clean payment confirmation you can share directly with the merchant
If something does not look right, investigate what happened and walk you through the next steps
What we cannot do:
Activate your account or product access
Override any rules set by the merchant
Contact the merchant on your behalf
To help you, please send our support team the following information:
The TXID (transaction hash) from your wallet or exchange
The email address you used at checkout
Once we receive these details, we will verify the payment status and tell you exactly what to do next.
