When you overpaid for your payment, you can contact BoomFi support to see if you are eligible for a refund.
Kindly note that we charge a refund fee of 1% with a minimum of $15 per payment.
This means that we can only make a refund if the refundable amount is higher than $15.
If you overpaid with less than $15, then you are not eligible for a refund because the refund fee exceeds the refundable amount.
