Each BoomFi payment session is open for 8 hours from the moment the merchant generates your checkout link. The dedicated wallet address shown to you is valid only inside that 8 hour window.
What that means in practice
Send the full payment amount within 8 hours of opening the checkout page.
If you sent only part of the amount, top it up to the same address within the 8 hours. Do not open a new session.
After 8 hours, the session expires. Funds sent to the address after that point will not auto credit.
If you paid after the session expired, your funds aren't necessarily lost, but they need to be recovered manually. Please contact our team to get this resolved.
Prevention tips
Don't start a payment if you can't complete it the same day.
If you need to cancel, simply close the page. Do not send a partial amount and walk away.
