A TXID (transaction hash) is the long alphanumeric string that uniquely identifies your blockchain transaction. We need it to investigate any payment issue.
Where to find it:
For wallets such as MetaMask, Rainbow, Trust Wallet, Coinbase Wallet: Open the wallet, find the transaction in your activity feed, tap it, copy the "Transaction hash" or "View on explorer" link.
For exchanges such as Binance / Bybit / OKX /: Go to Wallet → Withdraw History, find the withdrawal you sent to BoomFi, click Details, copy the TXID/TxHash field.
When contacting support, include all of the following in one message:
The TXID
BoomFi payment ID
The email address you used at checkout
NOTE: A transaction hash (TXID) and a payment ID are not the same. The TXID is used to verify your payment on the blockchain. The payment ID is used to verify it in our internal records. We may need one or both depending on what you are looking into
