You can cancel any active subscription through the BoomFi Customer Portal:
Go to https://customer.boomfi.xyz/ and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
Open the Subscriptions tab and find the recurring payment you want to cancel.
Click Cancel and confirm.
You'll see the subscription change status to "Cancelled" and receive an email confirmation.
If the subscription was set up via Connect Wallet, no further charges will happen. If it was Wallet Transfer, you simply won't receive the next reminder email.
What this does and does not do:
It stops future BoomFi charges.
It does not automatically refund any portion of the current period. You keep access until the end of your paid term, in line with the merchant's policy.
It does not cancel anything on the merchant's side beyond billing. If you also need to delete an account or close a profile, contact the merchant.
If you can't see the subscription you want to cancel, double check you're signed in with the correct email.
