BoomFi can not offer refunds for completed successful payments. For this you need to contact the merchant you made the purchase from.
However, in case of a payment issue such as an incomplete payment, sending the wrong currency or using the wrong network, you might be eligible for a refund.
Check the FAQ page for your specific issue and contact support to find out if you are eligible for a refund.
If you are eligible, then BoomFi support will ask you for your refund wallet address and will process the refund for you.
Refunds are processed every Friday.
